With over 15 years of experience in sport, I have experienced the different aspects to the athlete journey.

From being an athlete, to a coach and now incorporating that knowledge into my work around sport & exercise psychology. I am now taking my passion for sport to help athletes, coaches and parents through the psychological development and support of those parties.

I have gained two degrees, the first being a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Kingston University London. The second a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Brunel University London.

Both are accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and through these, I have completed the the stage 1 procedure in order to become a chartered sport and exercise Psychologist.

I am a Trainee Sport and Exercise Psychologist and am in the process of completing the second (and final) stage of training to become a chartered sport psychologist. This is being done through the Qualification in Sport and Exercise Psychology (QSEP) which is offered through the British Psychological Society.

Through UK Anti-Doping (UKAD) I have been trained and am an accredited anti-doping advisor meaning, I am qualified to advise on anti-doping related matters including how to find out if a substance is banned.

Being involved in numerous sports as an athlete and a coach over a range of years, I have a strong understanding of what an athlete or coach may experience on a day-to-day basis and use that experience to channel his work. I have competed at Martial Arts, Football, Badminton and American Football as well as coaching Football and American football. Each sport I have competed to a high level and have won numerous accolades including national championships and MVP awards.
